Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

We use Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to measure performance across internal communications and campaigns, including email, push, and in-app messaging. This helps us better understand engagement and optimize our messaging strategy. We are currently expanding its use by integrating external marketing platforms, allowing us to connect the dots between internal efforts and broader cross-channel performance. This full-funnel view will help us attribute conversions more accurately and align internal and external messaging strategies to improve customer experience and campaign impact.

Pros

  • It allows for normalizing data on the fly
  • It allows for easy audience creation from an analysis
  • It has built in guided analysis
  • It is frequently updated with new features

Cons

  • It is very slow
  • It often is unusable due to server issues
  • Some built in features use a standard UTV time zone when we report on a different one
  • It has been a slow process in getting CJA to work as intended
  • From a positive perspective, it has allowed us to visualize our data much more quickly
Adobe Customer Journey Analytics has proven difficult to work with due to server-side issues and slow responsiveness on the client side. While it seems to get better at times, when certain visualizations contain a ton of data, we often see errors and it is a frustrating experience that blocks progress.
We like using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. Although we do run into issues often, we are continuing to work forward to ensure that we can use it as best as possible with the support of Adobe
I do prefer customer journey analytics to each of the platforms as used in the past given its simplicity and its potential in combining multiple environments and merging to a unified user
