Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used across the whole organization worldwide as our web platform and digital asset management. We build product pages, event pages, store many marketing material pieces such as white papers, brochures, datasheets, and house thousands of pictures.

Pros and Cons

It is simple to use.
It's powerful.
[It has a] centralized environment [that] makes sharing data worldwide easy.

Although it is easy to use, when creating a webpage, there is not much flexibility. [For] example, if you use a 4-block panel but only have 3 images to post, you cannot center it on the page. They automatically align to the left. You have to be [a] super user and add coding.
It is a very complex tool and our IT department is constantly involved in maintaining it.

I am not a full user. I simply create web pages for our events. It produces a very nice webpage. However, it is a very complex process to produce web pages worldwide. Each page needs to be replicated simultaneously.
