Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Experience Platform

We use AEP to build segments of audiences to get a better understanding of who is using and interacting with our websites and content.

Pros

  • building vastly different audience segments
  • being able to easily change things or edit them
  • their sort feature

Cons

  • the slowness of the website sometimes
  • the structure
  • I am not involved with this step
It has some flaws sometimes, but overall it is functioning.
