Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Journey Optimizer

We use Adobe Journey Optimizer mainly for journey use cases. We currently are the heavy users of Adobe Target, looking to explore the journey use cases. Adobe Journey Optimizer is still not mature enough in the experimentation space. AJO also offers decision engines to dynamically prioritize the offers instead of the static prioritization.

Adobe Journey Optimizer is well suited for journey use cases where we can personalize the journey in multiple touch points and re target end customer to take necessary action for the conversion. Adobe Journey Optimizer is still not so well suited for experimentation, lacking capabilities in that space. Not as mature as Adobe Target
