Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
I use Marketo on a daily basis at my company. It is definitely a key part of our demand generation strategy-- from database management to lead sorting, to segmentation, to email nurture programs, etc. Each campaign and activity I support almost always involves Marketo. In addition, our Marketo instance is synced with Salesforce, so the bidirectional flow of data is incredibly powerful and useful.

For product launches, Marketo allows us to quickly design and put together email campaigns. Since our entire database is housed in Marketo, we can then select target audiences and demographics to send our product launch announcements to. For lead management, we can also customize which fields and data we'd like each prospect and customer to have information on. For prospecting/new business, we can segment our data and then use ZoomInfo to extract additional email addresses and contacts for us to market to.
Marketo Engage is definitely the most powerful marketing automation tool I've used. Its robust features and integration with other common CRM tools makes it the leader for email marketing software.
