Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

I had used this tool for almost one and a half year. I was working on Builder Studio project in Builder.ai. There we had a backend called Purple Bottle , which was integrated with CRMs like Salesforce, NetSuite, Zoho. We used Adobe Marketo Engage for capturing leads through our landing pages and identify potential clients. We used it for our marketing campaigns as well, some personalised content creation tailored to user inputs

Our goal is mainly Customer first. So for this we need to develop customer experiences much better by analysing their interaction pattern, their likes, dislikes. This helps us to improvise our existing customer experience and thereby generate potential leads

Well suited for a firm where customer is kept first, like mine. You wish to study customer patterns on how do they interact with your system and automatically sending them customised emails, using Adobe Marketo Engage’s inbuilt feature.
Not well suited for small scale organisations due to cost of course
