We use Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform to activate personalization at scale use cases by streamlining data collection and then activating on the relevant audiences that we create from the underlying data. It serves as the brain behind our activation engine. We use it to learn from the performance of the data as well.

It does an exceptional job at tracking the overall journey of each customer across different channels. It is also well suited for most customers whose data is already structured in a way that can be personalized (I.e good data quality, accuracy, completeness). It is a great tool also because it connects seamlessly with other Adobe applications.
The data governance capabilities within Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform are amazing because it really allows us to better help our customers with their data access needs, make sure there is proper authentication in place so the data is secure, and also labeling capabilities which allow for tagging the right attributes with the right details.
Overall, Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform is an extremely user friendly and usable tool that allows the user to track their customer's overall journey in the engagement or purchase process. It allows us to see exactly where the customer is in their journey for engagement. It also allows for tracking across segments as well which is useful.
