Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform

The use case is pretty simple: I have different sources of customer data, and by using that, I need to prepare a unified customer profile. With that data, I can filter similar types of customers and export them. Based on their attributes, I can also trigger personalized journeys and provide a better customer experience. All of this is very easy to use.

As I mentioned earlier, there are many reasons such as preparing a unified customer profile so you can easily evaluate your customers, generating segments or audiences for similar types of customers based on city, country, or attributes, and targeting them for campaigns. You can also create individual personalized journeys based on the data available at the customer level.
Because of data governance capabilities, we can gain customer's trust by demonstrating that their data is managed responsibly and used only for value-driven, consent-based personalization. It actually feels like the right balance between speed and governance. Operational efficiency has also improved, as marketers can safely activate governed data without waiting for IT approval.
Quite good ui for building audiences / segments, validating unified profiles, and managing out-of-the-box data sources & destinations. Seamless integration across the Adobe ecosystem (Commerce, AEM, AJO, Target, Analytics) makes configuration and activation very smooth. Connectors and identity stitching make it more powerful for both Adobe and non-Adobe integrations. It's easy to setup if you are doing for the first time as lots of recordings are available from dashboard it self.

It's easy to configure with all Adobe ecosystem products as well as other third-party products. Quite good result in generating unified customer profile from difference sources as well as generating audiences with similar attributes. The Privacy and Governance labeling process is sometimes confusing. I mean, it's a hard process - not confusing, but whenever you are working on large scale projects, it may cause challenges.
