Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform

In Cognizant (Top HardWare MNC across the world ) we leverage Adobe Real-Time CDP as our realtime datalake for B2C and B2B business. We used some other third party pixels such as DnB to enrich our anonymous data along with other Adobe Solutions. This way we have a solid customer profile with which we apply Query Service to build audience and target the customers with relevant push notification or through Adobe, Non-Adobe channels across their digital lifecycle. We also implemented AEP Web SDK for utilizing the Edge network.

Pros

  • integrating with various non Adobe solutions as well

  • Need to simplify the complexity of data design
  • Can have some sample schema across industries which will expedite the turnaround time
  • More integration with non-Adobe solutions similar to AAM
  • Increasing customer engagements for nearly 15% for B2B segments
  • Revenue increase in ecommerce store by 20% leveraging Adobe Real-Time CDP
  • Reduce turn around time by atleast 25% for overall purchase
After the business setup initial B2B customers base for more than 5 years there is not that much chance to expand the customer base through Real-Time CDP. So Adobe Real-Time CDP should introduce some better strategy with respect to billing rate so that customer should continue using the product in full extent
Data Governance capability of Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform is very robust as using some basic nomenclature and settings , Business can achieve powerful data governance feature. Especially with more stringgent GDPR and CCPA it is always advisable to be very vigilant in data governance practice to avoid law suites and cyber breaches as well
Adobe Real-Time CDP is a very intuitive platform and by using its major features Business can easily achieve positive impact in case of overall business execution through realtime channels.
Tealium CDP is too much simple and works mostly with those type of Business who are not majorly in Adobe's ecosystem. However in data governence Adobe Real-Time CDP is definitely a better product and help business to get robust growth
