Overall Satisfaction with ADP Enterprise eTIME
ADP Enterprise eTime was supposed to be a robust system that helped deal with our complex work environment. At the time, we had a mix of hospitality, property management, and corporate staff. The hospital staff, with NYS spread of hours, required us to utilize the enhanced eTime feature. It is essentially a Krono's body with an ADP shell. It allowed us multiple pay code options.
- It has multiple options for enhanced eTime for multi-industry employers.
- ADP Workforce Now and enhanced eTime do not work well together. Constant data flow issues between each system.
- Chronic downtime.
- Reports not matching between two different employees running it at the same time.
- Tickets remain open for months at a time. When they identify the problem, they say it could be two-six months for a roll out patch.
- You can no longer get a dedicated rep. When you have an issue you have to explain it over and over again.
- The lack of help and guidance during implementation lead to learning curves taking up time.
- The Time Off requesting has to be explained over and over again. Again, taking up valuable time.
Overall user-friendliness and employee base survey resulted in the conclusion that it is NOT a good fit for our employee base. When viewing in depth other vendors, the time keeping features are lightyears ahead of ADP Enterprise eTIME.
