Overall Satisfaction with ADP Health Compliance

I have been using this for many years and the updates/upgrading of the system has been great. The annual process has gotten easier and I trust ADP to keep up with any changes made by the DOL, IRS, etc.

Pros

  • Keep track of what needs to be done
  • Points out specific needs
  • Great reports

Cons

  • I have been letting Marie know every time we run into something that could be better
  • Only 2 people are needed to run this, so it is a great time saver.
Plan Source did not have the right reporting that was necessary.
