We use it for our payroll tax for all of our companies.
- It handles quarter and year end review well. Good reports.
- Great periodic reporting for each pay period.
- The company profile report is helpful. A lot of information at your fingertips.
- Helpful support documents in case you want more training.
- Amendments area is still not as good as it could be. Hard to navigate. Some reports hang out in your inbox for too long even though you have resolved. Then, pulling reports of finished amendments is cumbersome. We have blank files because a zero file shows for any companies that did not have an amendment.
- SUI rate changes are very hard to manage. Not a good report to show what only has been changed, so we can assure to change on our side too. Instead, you have a PDF report that just lists them all and you have to reconcile them all.
- It gives us more control over our amendment and filing. We can manage when we want to process, etc. We are more accurate as well.
