Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

The payroll department is the only department that is currently using Smart Compliance. We use it for balancing our tax files with Workday, and to run reports for internal and external auditors. We use it to import any Agency inquiries regarding tax. We update SUI rates and power of attorney requests. We use the garnishment reports to balance what is in WorkDay.

This is the go-to place for all of my tax reports for internal and external auditors. The payroll team relies on the reporting capabilities. We rely on SmartCompliance to keep track of outstanding agency issues pertaining to taxes, for both SUI and SIT. It is a great tool for quarter and year-end balancing.
