Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ADP is used for different functions within our organization. My group use ADP for Payroll Tax purposes. ADP files all our tax returns, reviews our notice and calls jurisdictions on our company's behalf. Not for sure what our company was doing prior to ADP.

Pros and Cons

Pros

file tax returns
review notices
try to make process improvements to fit our needs.
answer questions when asked.

Cons

making it easy for clients to get their own tax returns from smart compliance
having another action button asking us if ADP wants to make an amendment when ADP review tracers
then new invoice is not as detail as it should be.

Return on Investment

positive impact would be my group doesn't have to do full research on tracers. ADP gives us an overview on what's going on
negative impact - we would like to know which employee the tracer is for if this is possible. even though ADP gives us an overview, we would like for it to be more detail. Or if it needs an amendment there should be a button that say create amendment.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited when it comes to filing tax returns, but needs improvement on letting the customer have more access to certain reports.

Thanks for your comments. I'm glad you're able to save time on tax research with ADP SmartCompliance. Great feedback on matching tracers to a particular employee. I've passed this on to our development team.

Thanks for your additional comments regarding access to reports. We are in the process of launching a new experience that will replace many reports with specific, near real-time alerts and other functionality so that you don't have to go through reports to address issues for periodic processes (quarterly coming soon).
