Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

ADP SmartCompliance is used for our employment tax as well as federal and state reporting.

Pros

  • User-friendly when adding local taxes.
  • Notices are received from taxing agencies and notify us via email.
  • Reports for quarterly and annual tax can be retrieved.

Cons

  • Sometimes pulling the reports there are several steps and it not as user friendly as it could be.
  • Perhaps a drop-down menu of the available quarterly and annual reports
  • It has been positive in keeping us informed. I do wish to see additional reports that I have to request for our states.
  • None
For a company that is using ADP for payroll, it should be part of the suite. It assists in keeping up to date on tax notices and information that is needed for a business to run a smooth payroll process.

Note that much of our product roadmap is focused on eliminating the need for you to review reports but rather provide you information in real time as you need to act on it.
