Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We have been able to use ADP SmartCompliance as a center focus for numerous functions for our company. It has been great to have one company that can handle a multitude of capabilities from our Payroll taxes, garnishments, pay cards, final pays, and pay method transactions. It definitely has saved time and helped us be proactive instead of reactive as a company.

Pros

  • It helps us identify our employees who entered their account information incorrectly and get the payment reissued to them as quickly as possible.
  • It helps us quickly and securely issue payment to employees who terminate.
  • We efficiently get our garnishments processed to remain compliant.

Cons

  • Allow us to see uncashed checks past six months without having to work with a representative.
  • Better review by adp of garnishment uploads to locate the employee's information before kicking it back to the company.
  • A way to add money to our wisely account without backing out of a wisely authorization to do so with the account is low.
  • we were able to outsource our garnishments, so that the bulk task it handled by someone else.
  • we have been able to process tickets quicker for missing deposits can we can see if the payment was sent back from the bank.
  • we are able to fund our final pay payments more efficiently and quicker

as far as taxes it is helped keep us more compliant by alerting us of changes or revisions that need to take place to tax filings.
we didn't have one that combined all the different areas we work in that is why it has been essential to have adp smart compliance.

Yes

ADP Smart Compliance is well suited for bank rejects and funding final pays. It is not suited well for garnishments. They tend to have a high volume of garnishments they don't process.
