Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We use ADP SmartCompliance for handling our garnishments (from answering interrogatories, to keeping us compliant, and sending all payments to the agency or the government body). This really takes the stress of knowing the complex laws regarding garnishments out of the equation. We can rely on ADP to handle the wage garnishments timely and accurately to ensure we aren't leaving ourselves liable.

We use ADP Vantage.
The Smart Compliance/Vantage integrations are seamless. When an order is uploaded in Smart Compliance, it is added to the payroll engine by ADP. Our only time spent on garnishments is uploading the order. Everything else is "hands free".
ADP informing our team of the latest legislative updates ensures we "stay up with the times". Being a multi-state employer, there are so many things we would have to manually search for in order to remain compliant and know the current tax laws and what is coming in the future.
Having our garnishments, wage payments, and tax information in one place is very helpful. It reduces the time we spend looking for the correct website to visit to complete our tasks. With everything right at our fingertips, it helps us to stay knowledgeable for all the nuances of the payroll role.

We have several employees with numerous types of garnishment orders. Using SmartCompliance, ADP determines which orders take precedent over the others, how much to withhold for each order, and sends information and payments to the correct agency.
