Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
Our company uses ADP SmartCompliance mostly for payroll taxes and garnishments. It is mainly used by the Payroll Department. It helps us to have all of our tax records and garnishments in one centralized place. Prior to using ADP SmartCompliance the payroll taxes and garnishments were processed in-house.
- Invoicing.
- Tax Records.
- Reporting.
- Viewing Notices/Amendments that are in review. You can not tell which jurisdiction it is for until it has been filed or finalized.
- A job aid for how to enter SUI rates in the system for EVERY state with examples from the state rate notice. It gets difficult to know what should be split out for the additional rate.
