Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

I have been using ADP SmartCompliance for the past 5 years. I find this platform easy to navigate to find the information I'm looking for. The platform also offers several ways to receive support; which is very helpful especially when you need an answer on a difficult issues right away. We have a ADP consultant assigned to our account that I meet with monthly to go over issues/concerns. After our meeting, I'm able to give feedback to let ADP know if I have any concerns with their service. This platform has kept us in compliance with all the government changes throughout the years that we couldn't possibly stay abreast on or own.

a great deal, thanks for employing experts in the field that can keep us all up to date.
The impact is great for us all. It provides all users a one stop solution to find what they need

Yes

I primarily use SmartCompliance for Health Compliance (ACA). This platform works really well with our existing HCM (transferring of data). I'm able to view all of our data file transmissions, errors and know if I'm compliant each month. Sometimes the information being viewed isn't up to date, I need to wait for the source system to update; it would be nice if the data can be viewed as "point in time"
