Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

ADP SmartCompliance is part of our WFN (ADP Workforce Now) payroll system so we already had it. Aside from tax notices, we use it to manage our Wage Garnishments which has been a huge help for us.

  • The flow of communication is poor
None. We only use ADP WFN to process the checks, direct deposit, and tax payment and filings. Everything prior to this is done in other systems.
There is no values with our current setup
The access helps us to stay in the know of all changes, how to adjust/account for these changes, and prepare to handle them appropriately.
It's a one stop shop! We don't have to scramble through multiple locations (files) for information. We're able to locate all the necessary information and documents in one place.

It great from an organizational point of view, things are easy to find and navigate.

less appropriate point of view is the inability to communicate with the assigned rep. Visually it looks as though you can message or communicate with the rep but it wasn't until I called that I was told it didn't work that way. Very disappointing!
