Pros

  • promptly file taxes and remit
  • promptly file and remit garnishments
  • provide jurisdiction misfilings

Cons

  • filing original files- providing clearer udpates/status
  • added more work - ADP is doing our tax filings but we have to do alot of direct follow ups with jurisdictions
  • ADP SmartCompliance should be more intuitive for self service
We use SAP Employee Central for HR which integrates into ADP GlobalView for our US population. ADP GlobalView integrates into ADP SmartCompliance to provide the latest data.
having ADP SmartCompliance separate frpm GLobal View adds more work and confusion to my team because if I have a tax notice I need to upload it n ADP SmartCompliance but if there is additional data required or follow ups then we should use eService (siebel) to check.
It is very useful information but the communications at this point is overwhelming and I can not comb-out what is the important ones
ADP SmartCompliance was a global organization change, not my personal choice or preference. I was better functional with UKG

ADP GlobalView Payroll, Kronos Workforce Dimensions / UKG Dimensions (discontinued)
maybe that it is not very friendly I mean if I want to look for something I dont know where to go or when to find the info I am looking for
