Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We use ADP SmartCompliance for our employment taxes, wage garnishment processing, and employment verifications. ADP helps us stay compliant with ever-changing laws and regulations and significantly reduces our administrative burden. We are currently operating in 18 states across the U.S., and prior to ADP SmartCompliance we managed all tax reporting in-house. With a small team, keeping up with the requirements in each state was a lot to handle. ADP SmartCompliance solved that for us!

Cons

  • A lot of the automated emails look the same. Sometimes I miss a notification that is important because it looks similar to an email that is just informative versus actionable.

We use Workday as our payroll system, and ADP SmartCompliance integrates seamlessly with it. The integrations between the two systems have been smooth and reliable.
The integrations are set to run on a daily schedule, which allows us to focus on other priorities instead of manually initiating data pushes.
Having access to real-time legislative updates is extremely beneficial. The ability to consult with experts is invaluable, especially when navigating the complexities of OB3. The numerous networking opportunities have also made the process far less intimidating and much easier to understand.
It is nice to have a one stop shop to see all of our ADP products. One login to remember but access to employment tax & wage garnishments is so nice.
We chose ADP SmartCompliance because of their reputation in the industry. We felt confident that they would meet our needs and they have.

ADP SmartCompliance does an excellent job of filing timely returns and notifying us of any exceptions. I also appreciate the ability to upload garnishment orders and trust that ADP SmartCompliance will manage the entire process—from entering the orders into our system to completing and responding to interrogatories.
