Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

Used by HR & Payroll. It provides solutions for payroll processing, compliance and on-boarding.Helps figure out any HR or payroll errors. Also a great control between hr and accounting!

ADP Vantage has more to offer.
Despite inconvenient system glitches, overall with the amount of data we have - ADP Vantage definitely helps us ensure correct payroll processing weekly.

  • Uploading pay data entry batches often will not work in google chrome and we will have to switch browsers to perform different tasks in ADP
  • Uploading pay data entry batches when the view selected is correct but the data import still fails
  • When processing the pay cycle and the system gets stuck when trying to reject

Ability to adapt to large amounts of data.
The system tends to act up/glitch on payroll processing days.
Overall it works very well, except the occasional glitching which causes delays in processing.
