Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

We tried to implement Vantage for payroll a year ago. We do not use ADP for HR, benefits or time. The implementation was dropped after several months of trying. The employee data transfer files from our other sources did not work right. We are on the list to try the implementation again later this year. From what I have seen of Vantage during the test period and from the training I received it is a user-friendly system, especially if you are using the entire HCM package. I really liked the analytics. But if you are trying to use just one part of the product – in our case just the payroll this is where it gets difficult.

  • Make the individual parts of the product work independently.
Currently using ADP PayForce. ADP is upgrading PayForce to Vantage. We have not looked at other products.

ADP Vantage is great if you are using the entire HCM product. It is challenging if you are trying to use just one part of the product.
