Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

ADP Vantage has allowed us to bring all payroll items and actions into one system. Any issue or questions employees have with pay can be resolved from ADP Vantage. The reporting functionality also allows us to quickly pull data we need to provide reports or analysis of any programs we run.

ADP Vantage is user friendly and allows for ease of use. Functionality is clear and and users can be sure what to expect. One issue that continues to pop up is that users will be routed to other version of ADP that are not integrated with our system, i.e. my.adp.com. This leads people to log in and make changes in my.adp.com but those changes never feed into ADP Vantage, so it leads to poor experiences to some users.
