Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM
It is used throughout the company to maintain employee records. It generates data that is used to measure turnover, retention and overall workforce stability. It tracks and maintains important employee data.
- It is easy to navigate.
- It provides comprehensive employee information and status.
- It is easy to move from ADP product to another.
- Search features can be cumbersome.
- Tracking and reviewing disciplinary actions do not flow smoothly. There are too many steps to review each action.
