Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

Benefits with ADP is great, open enrollment is initiated and employees go into the benefits section and enroll themselves, less paperwork, less human error. I used to have to go over 200 timesheets, now all the time is handled through Vantage. It used to take me almost 2 days for timesheets alone, now it takes me 4 hours to process time for 460 people.
  • The processes are simple
  • ADP always help to fix any issues that may arise.
  • It is nice to have a knowledgeable source to go to if you are in many states and the laws are different for each.
  • All of our taxes are also completed and submitted by ADP
  • Customer service - solving issues in a timely manner
  • More explaining why the problems actually happen so we can avoid future issues
  • Benefit quirks during open enrollment and the small issues that happen
  • Saves more time for personnel to actually help the employees
  • Self-service is great for employees
  • The reports and management of data is great and very useful
We have had ADP for over 18 years. Our parent company wanted all their dealers to go onto the Vantage system, it improved all of our processes. There are less human errors and a lot of the information is put in by the employee.
I have not seen an area of my job yet where ADP has not improved the efficiency of it
