Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

We use ADP Vantage as our HCM application and for Payroll across our organization.
  • Good for HCM employee data
  • Processing payroll
  • Accruals
  • The Workforce reporting can be improved to allow copying for customization of reports
  • We have streamlined process which results in cost savings.
Reporting was easier to build with outside data in ADP.
Easy to use for payroll and reporting of employee information. We get all our HCM in one place. Recruitment and talent management were recently implimented

Using ADP Vantage HCM

8500 - All employees, from CT techs to CFO. All hourly employees use Time and Attendance
5 - We have multiple ADP modules. I support the Time and attendance, one supports recruiting and onboarding, one has certain tables, jobs etc.
