Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM
At my current company, Vantage is used across the entire organization. It starts with recruiting all the way through to the employees using the ADP Vantage app to access information and also to punch in and out.

Cons
- Communication on updates to Vantage.
- Training for use of the reporting.
- We recently ran into an issue with grossing up pay and couldn't get 401k to be included.
- State/county tax information/guidance on some of the more complex states.
- Faster payroll processing.
- Ease of tracking turnover and reasons.

I have been working in HR and payroll for many years; when I first started, we were using PC/PW with a separate system for our Human Resources needs. The ability and ease of use of having information from both departments is invaluable. The ease of use of ADP Vantage HCM is also great. Althought Vantage is a good version of ADP (especially as you become more experience with it) - it definitely does not have the ease of us that WFN has

Yes - Over time, I occasionally have encountered glitches, after working on the issue and resolving it - I would estimate that 99% of the time it has been due to an ADP update that we were not notified of. When I contact my support team they are extremely helpful and often weren't aware of the update themselves. So although I have discovered glitches with updates, they were never acknowledged by ADP as such.
I have several instances of exceptional support, our representative Alma Holguin goes above and beyond and is extremely helpful. I am sure she has many clients and our company demands a lot of her time and she is always extremely helpful and ensures it is resolved. Recently, I needed help with the Time & Attendance system and Jonah Olmeda was also extremely helpful and took the time to completely understand the issue and worked to fix it with Alma (our representative). Whenever there are issues that need to be resolved quickly - it has been most helpful to call and get someone on the phone. Once you have a representative on the phone they are extremely helpful.

- The payroll processing is easy to learn and very consistent with other products
- Once you learn the basics, its a very logical system
- Creating reports and editing reports is cumbersome, I don't believe it is difficult to use but there is no instructions or tips/tricks guide on creating reports
- There aren't many system created reports that you would expect for a payroll system
- It would be extremely beneficial if ADP would notify users of changes/updates to the system (even small ones)
- It would also be less frustrating to get alerts on outages - even if they are brief
