Overall Satisfaction with AdvocateHub

We use AdvocateHub within marketing, to communicate with our existing clients better, to collect feedback relating to our products and releases, and most importantly we use AdvocateHub as a lead gen tool, promoting referrals. Our company wanted a more structured referral process in place, to generate more leads from our existing, and happy, clients. We also have been able to establish stronger relationships with our clients, to help reduce churn rates.

With a system like AdvocateHub, you get what you put into it. If you use it everyday, and create a lot of challenges to collect information and generate engagement and referrals, you will see action, but it's not a set it and forget it solution. If this is something you can integrate into your business it can be beneficial, if not, it could be a distraction.
