Overall Satisfaction with AdvocateHub

We use AdvocateHub to connect with our clients. We have made our hub exclusive to our users letting them know about product ideas, webinars and different resources that are available to them. It is specifically used among one department and we have a specific administrator who works on this. It has allowed us to get on a more personal level with our clients. It addresses many business problems and allows us to use our users as resources for referrals and prospects.

  • Allows them to be aware of tips, new, and other events going on in the busness.
  • Resource for them to learn more.
  • More customization features.
  • I like that they are doing more functionality and options when it comes time for users to answer questions.
  • It has helped us with referrals and sales.
It all depends on if you want to offer your users/clients an opportunity. I feel is has been very beneficial and they have a great support team to help you get your hub up and running. Whether it is well suited or not is a personal preference depending on what clientele or product you may be working with. For us personally it has allowed us to really connect with our users.
