Overall Satisfaction with AdvocateHub
We use the AdvocateHub to really build our relationships with our customers and develop a symbiotic relationship with each other. The value that Bomgar provides our advocates and the value they provide to us complement each other perfectly in the Hub environment. The Marketing department uses it most, but our technical team and product team also use it to get great ideas for new improvements from our advocates as well. Finding brand love is made possible for us (since we aren't a consumer good) with AdvocateHub!

Make sure your have a customer base that is able to interact this way and wants to take advantage of it. Some companies don't allow this kind of incentivation of employees.
