We use Agorapulse to manage our Facebook page, and also recommend/deploy it for clients looking for professional Facebook page management solution without huge cost.

Pros

  • Lots of functionality
  • Very reasonable cost
  • Excellent product support

Cons

  • User interface not 100% intuitive at first
  • Better engagement on Facebook
  • Easy-to-deploy contests
  • Big reduction in staff time
  • Much better understanding of Facebook analytics
I like Pagemodo a lot, and for very small organizations I recommend it all the time. However, for the mid-market that needs more features and functionality, AgoraPulse is my pick for Facebook page management software
Very likely to renew, but it depends on what trajectory Facebook itself takes, how business pages change, etc. You never know over there!
Very well suited for small and mid-sized organizations serious about their Facebook presence. For true enterprise/global scenarios, other platforms would be better suited.
