Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

My company uses Agorapulse to manage 40 social media clients on a recurring monthly basis. It's used by our marketing & strategy team to schedule content, manage and monitor interactions, and provide reporting metrics to clients. This platform helps us stay organized while being able to handle various social media accounts in the most timely and efficient manner.
  • Provides detailed, custom reports to share with clients
  • Allows for scheduling content months in advance
  • Easy and user-friendly platform to monitor user comments and interactions
  • Push notifications for Instagram - these can be a time suck when you have to go in and post the content natively in the app
  • Social media tokens are often disconnected, requiring you to refresh and reconnect which can be a pain
  • Bulk publishing function is okay, could be improved to make things more functional

Agorapulse is much more organized and easier to keep track of accounts, content, and interactions. The reporting function is a huge benefit as well.
