My personal advice, AVOID AT ALL COSTS : extra billing out of nowhere!

I don't recommend this SEO tool. I have to admit I am still in shock with their marketing attitude. First, their results in french are not accurate, and Semrush has much better information, more reliable (KD is never good on Ahref, in my experience). Also, in my experience, this company makes you sign a monthly plan, which I feel is expensive. Then you rely on it and work on every report to get some results. In my experience, without any warning, you receive a can a bill for extra fees. The reason being you went over your monthly report limit, and this is written in their term and conditions. However, I think this would be acceptable if we received an email saying, "you went over your monthly report numbers," but you do not. I believe I could have been billed thousands of dollars without not having a clue of how I spent it. I reported this big problem to customer service, and they told me to pay. I did ask them to remove my payment method forever, and they did honor my request.

Since then, we've done quite a bit of work to make things right on our end. Hence, we've enabled: - A visual counter on the main header to pro-actively monitor credit consumption - Full control for workspace admins over pay-as-you-go charges (they're disabled by default) - No charges for sorting up/down by the same column (work in progress) Functionality-wise, you can save credits by: - Applying all the filters you want, before you click “Show results - Checking keywords in bulk (up to 10k ) via Keywords Explorer (costs just 1 credit) - Checking domain in bulk (up to 200) via Batch Analysis (costs just 1 credit) Again, we're sorry to see you go, especially since you've been a loyal customer. If you ever decide to come back, these changes should be clearer :) ----- As for removing the payment method, that must be a mistake. Could you reach out to our support again, please? Andrei
