We use Ahrefs Site Explorer for backlink analysis, broken link finding, and historical data. We use it for research on current clients' websites, competitors, on-boarding clients' websites and even just for fun.

- Easy-to-understand reports for us and our clients
- Up-to-date backlinks means we always know when new links pop-up and can take advantage of them quicker
Generally these two products offer the same features, but Ahrefs updates far faster meaning their metrics are more relevant.
