Overall Satisfaction with Airbase

During business trips and conferences, I use Airbase to easily track and submit business expenses throughout the duration of the trip. I can easily upload receipts, create expense reports and use the mobile app for easy use on the go. This helps me easily track spending and submit the expenses at the end of the trip to get paid quickly and efficiently.

Pros

  • Keeps me organized to submit expenses and keep track of business spending

Cons

  • A bit less fields to fill out - maybe more automated drop down fields
  • Cost savings from avoiding duplicates
  • Time savings to submit expenses to focus on my day to day job

Airbase is a very easy app to use, especially during work travel. I recently used it during my time at a conference and the mobile app made it easy for me to take pictures of receipts from my phone and upload expenses instantly so nothing fell through the cracks. This saved me a ton of time as in the past I would have to collect all my receipts from the week and use a morning during work to go through and submit all my expenses.
