Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Travel expenses is mostly what I use it for in our company but it's used for expenses across the board for multiple different reasons. I have used it when travelling for work conferences and events to have travel and per-diem covered. It is used in our company often instead of a company card.

Experience is a bit clunky and could be simplified a bit more
It is not obvious how to add a payment method to get reimbursed and should have more steps on how to do so once you sign up

Usability

As a lower level employee using this app, it is a bit klunkier than other expense apps we have used as a company. If there were different levels of viewing based on what the employee uses it for that could be helpful. As well, making the "add expense" button a lot more prominent would be useful.

Alternatives Considered

QuickBooks Commerce

Airbase has more options and clarity when it comes to submitting expenses. I can also imagine from the financial standpoint, it is a lot easier for them to see expenses coming in from employees, approving and paying them out quickly and efficiently.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited when you need to add multiple receipts for a timeframe of when you are travelling.
It is also easy to add 1 expense for any purpose really.
I can not think of a reason it would not be useful as I don't have a lot of experience with it due to my role.
