Overall Satisfaction with Airtable

My organization is using Airtable across our company (which includes 15 different agencies) to various degrees. Currently, it is being used primarily to organize customer information, partnerships, and other large sets of data.

Pros

  • Airtable is great for linking information in an intuitive and useful way without much effort.
  • The software is organized and simple but also have numerous features that allow for the easy development of complex tables.
  • Collaborating with a team using Airtable is incredibly useful and helpful.

Cons

  • There is a slight learning curve that comes with using Airtable that could be lessened by providing more thorough documentation and more examples of how to use more advance and popular features.
  • Airtable has reduced the amount of time that needs to be spent on tedious, repetitive tasks like searching for client information, reviewing partnership history, etc. allowing us to focus more time on acquiring more customers, increasing sales, and growing.
Airtable is incredibly useful for aggregating and connecting information about clients, sales, partnerships, etc., while providing the ability to separate information into smaller, more specific tables that are easier to use than one large, traditional spreadsheet. Airtable also makes planning and tracking projects simple by making collaboration, organization, and monitoring far more simple than other software.
