Overall Satisfaction with Airtable

Airtable has been instrumental to growing the organization which is in its early stages of developing a CRM system. It was time for this organization to take its data management, collection, and linkage to the next level and Airtable's capabilities and user-friendly interface allowed it to do so with minimal adoption barriers. In addition, the many view function of each table allows for the organization to publicize data in different ways without compromising its members' privacy.
  • Airtable allows for linkages between types of data so we are able to ensure minimal data duplication
  • Public and private facing views allow us to cater to our membership needs as well as to our internal data collecting purposes
  • Having an image and file upload feature within spreadsheets makes our work so much cleaner and visually appealing - not something that can be done with excel
  • More integration with existing CRM systems would be nice - although the Slack integration is already really useful
  • We could use additional image features (currently it's hard to crop/edit images after they are loaded)
  • Better tracking of members (clients/customers) through our programming means more catered messaging and better responses from our membership base
Airtable had all of the functionality we needed from a more robust CRM system like Salesforce but was more simple to use and had public facing views to display. We needed an upgrade from Google Sheets and Google Forms - one that links data together - and this is what Airtable provided.
Data management across teams, public facing views of data, any type of data work with individuals less comfortable with excel - Airtable is super user friendly and easy to learn
