Overall Satisfaction with Airtable

I use Airtable to organize specific assets and files for my team to easily refer back to. I also use to keep track of all my campaigns and projects. Airtable creates a more efficient experience for my team and I by being able to store everything, in an easily manageable way, in a single place.

Pros

  • Airtable is great for managing data. It's like a glorified excel sheet.
  • Airtable view's allow me to create specific views for specific people which reduces clutter and creates a more efficient experience.
  • Airtable has a great form functionality so it's easy for other people to add new tasks.

Cons

  • I'd like to see Airtable continue improving their interfaces
  • Improves efficiency for my overall business
You can do pretty much anything in Airtable. It's a very well rounded product - data management, file storing, project tracking. The only reason why I didn't give it a 10 is because I believe Airtable need to improve their collaborative functionality. For example, if you use Airtable for task management, Airtable doesn't have a function where teams can comment on tasks and track the history of the comments.

Yes

Airtable is well suited for anyone that manages data, stores data, and tracks multiple projects. I see Airtable like a hard drive and excel sheet combined. You can run similar formulas with as an excel sheet but also be able to add files to that specific row/data point. Anyone who is looking for a way to stay organized can benefit from Airtable.
