Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

I primarily use AlphaSense to conduct landscape reviews related to competitive intelligence, current therapy, and identifying academic researchers in areas of interest. AlphaSense helps with building comprehensive landscape reviews for my team. I also use the alerts feature to stay up to date on relevant clinical trials and key events occurring in my field.

  • More graphic organizations (including charts and tables to organize data)
  • Able to use time more effectively because I can get the answers I need from AlphaSense quickly
  • Saves time on creating charts and graphics for presentations
When I first started using the platform, I was a little intimidated by all the search parameters and the complexity of the platform. Over time (and with helpful tutorials from the AlphaSense specialists) it was easy to pick up. After using it for a couple of months, it starts to feel much easier to navigate the platform and quickly get the information I need
The most helpful feature for this is the alerts that users can set up on their AlphaSense accounts. It's helpful to set them on different timelines (i.e. different days of the week) to avoid getting too many e-mails. This helps me stay up to date on topics that I and my team need to follow closely related to projects.
This platform did not seem to offer as much content as AlphaSense.

If users want to know who else is pursuing an opportunity in tech or pharma, AlphaSense is very well suited to help identify this information. It's also very useful for anyone who would find convenience in setting up automated alerts to keep them up to date in their field.

After using Alpha Sense for over 1-year, I feel that if I didn't have the opportunity to renew, productivity would suffer. I would have to seek out the information I know I can expect from Alpha Sense in some other way, which might take significantly longer, or it might be behind paywalls I do not have access to. Being able to count on Alpha Sense is something that makes an impact on my day-to-day work, so renewal is a no-brainer.
