AlphaSense is used to quickly screen new investment opportunities and continue to stay on top of existing portfolio companies. In addition to specific investments, the tool is used to stay on top of industry trends and market color.

Very helpful with their alerts feature, which allows you to get immediate feedback on specific criteria and search topics.
- S&P Capital IQ
Capital IQ is good for summary stats. They have a limited search feature for public company transcripts, however this is not nearly as deep as the search functions on AlphaSense
