Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense
AlphaSense is able to synthesize and drastically reduce the amount of information we'd need to filter through to get to the insights we want. We use it as a supplement to our existing databases since most people are still new to the product. However, it addresses different use cases (filtered information) than other providers.
- pulling research we don't have in our existing databases
- finding very specific information
- Points out trends we may not have already thought of
- The searched results could be a lot and overwhelming
- some information irrelevant to that searched
- Perhaps have more group in person training
- juniors productivity gained
- juniors excited about learning and using an AI driven new product
- provides for diligence sources
Expert call features is interesting and certainly a value add that other systems may not have. Points one in the right direction very quickly.
As compared to Refinitiv, AlphaSense is easier to use off the shelf (has less of the codes to find exactly what one's looking for) and provides more detailed insights a lot quicklier.
