Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

We use AlphaSense to access data, analysis and research on our competitive landscape and other industries. We utilize this information to inform our corporate positioning and intelligence.

Pros

  • Provide access to topical and timely research reports
  • Provide easy access to industry trends and developments
  • Provide sentiment analysis

Cons

  • Sometimes the search functionality becomes a bit cumbersome/confusing. Streamlining the UI would be great
  • We have a very lean team, and AlphaSense has made it very easy for me to quickly access industry trends and specific data examples
The product provides the market intelligence I need to stay informed. AlphaSense has made some enhancements that make it even easier to search for esoteric topics of interest, creating even greater utility. It is also easier to use than a lot of the other products I've used in the past. It is also well-priced (at least for 1 seat).
I have set up a number of alerts that keep me informed of market developments as well as those specifically happening in my industry. With a lean team, it's great to have a resource like AlphaSense that pushes information to me. This information flow helps inform how I am positioning our story and helps me prepare for potential questions from the various audiences my role addresses. I am also confident that I can leverage AlphaSense even further given the recent product developments.
