Pros and Cons of AMS360
Overall Satisfaction with AMS360
I use AMS360 as my agency management system. Insurance sales, service, and document storage are all done using this system. I have also begun to use AMS360 as my accounting and reconciliation software for my agency. I will be transitioning from QuickBooks to AMS360 completely within 2 to 3 years.

Both systems are similar in terms of management capabilities. We went with AMS360 as it better fit my group as a whole. I do think that reports were much more easily run in Applied than AMS360. I hadn't used Applied for accounting, but it seems the AMS360 is a little cumbersome for accounting procedures.
