Overall Satisfaction with AMS360
I use AMS360 as my agency management system. Insurance sales, service, and document storage are all done using this system. I have also begun to use AMS360 as my accounting and reconciliation software for my agency. I will be transitioning from QuickBooks to AMS360 completely within 2 to 3 years.
- Cloud based storage
- Multi user capability
- Bridging of information to quote
- Ease of producing and printing reports
- Accounting procedures
- Document retrieval
- Ease of bridging info makes quoting easier
- Report difficulty is time consuming
- Multi agency platform for my group is important
Both systems are similar in terms of management capabilities. We went with AMS360 as it better fit my group as a whole. I do think that reports were much more easily run in Applied than AMS360. I hadn't used Applied for accounting, but it seems the AMS360 is a little cumbersome for accounting procedures.
Do you think AMS360 delivers good value for the price?
Are you happy with AMS360's feature set?
Did AMS360 live up to sales and marketing promises?
Did implementation of AMS360 go as expected?
Would you buy AMS360 again?
AMS360 is well suited for my agency as they have multi-user capability. They have a simple policy add process, and the organization and storage of accounts and documents are good. I find reports difficult to run for certain tasks. I believe the report feature can be simplified to a quick run feature.
Evaluating AMS360 and Competitors
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - it was a long but smooth change process
