Overall Satisfaction with AMS360

I use AMS360 as my agency management system. Insurance sales, service, and document storage are all done using this system. I have also begun to use AMS360 as my accounting and reconciliation software for my agency. I will be transitioning from QuickBooks to AMS360 completely within 2 to 3 years.

Both systems are similar in terms of management capabilities. We went with AMS360 as it better fit my group as a whole. I do think that reports were much more easily run in Applied than AMS360. I hadn't used Applied for accounting, but it seems the AMS360 is a little cumbersome for accounting procedures.

QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Thryv
AMS360 is well suited for my agency as they have multi-user capability. They have a simple policy add process, and the organization and storage of accounts and documents are good. I find reports difficult to run for certain tasks. I believe the report feature can be simplified to a quick run feature.

NOT ENOUGH TRAINING IN PERSON. IT SEEMS LIKE MORE IN PERSON TRAINING IS NEEDED
ONLINE TRAINING IS THERE FOR WHAT IS NEEDED. THERE ARE TUTORIALS FOR EACH SECTION OF THE PROGRAM.
THE PRODUCT ISNT EASY TO LEARN WITHOUT TRAINING. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND NOT TRAINING AND ATTEMPTING TO LEARN.

There are definitely endless possibilities with ams360. Its easy scalable to add departments
ams360 service is excellent. They identify the issue and offer quick solutions
