Overall Satisfaction with Any.do

I use Any.do to keep track of all my to-dos and reminders by creating lists. It matches up nicely with my desktop, phone and smartwatch. By managing my tasks, I can stay in front of what projects I am working on - individually and with team members. The collaboration side is a big plus thanks to task sharing.

While they are certainly not a "one or the other" tool, Any.do is considerably cheaper and far less of a heavy lift when it comes to task management. Basecamp is more of an enterprise project management tool that does a lot more, if that's what you need. For task management and task-sharing, Any.do does the job.
I have not needed to use support for Any.do at this point. Because the user interface is very easy to use, most problems can be figured out on your own. That said, I have been told that the support is efficient and helpful when needed. Answers are given in quick order.

Any.do is well suited for anyone who needs help managing tasks and reminders for projects at work or at home. It's very easy to use and can be shared with others for increased collaboration. It will always run up against its greatest competition - pen to paper. It is less appropriate where specific project management tools are being used that Any.do doesn't integrate with.
