A great platform to connect remotely
Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk
AnyDesk in our organization is primarily used to easily connect and resolve any kind of technical issues within the team. I am using and recommending AnyDesk from last 3 years because before AnyDesk our project team faced a lot of technical glitches which kept on holding up due to the lack of a good screen sharing platform.
But the day from which we have started using AnyDesk it became a piece of cake to remove any technical boundation which ultimately resulted in the increase in efficiency and growth.
Pros
- It's a great platform to share your screen even if you have a low internet connectivity.
- It's reliable and free to use with all the features and specifications that many of its paid competitors offers.
- The installation process is way to much easy and convenient.
- It is lightning fast and smooth when you have good online connectivity.
Cons
- The auto-update feature on AnyDesk sometimes offers a technical glitch. It does not work properly on few occasions. I really think it may has a room for improvement.
- When it comes to Mac AnyDesk may seem a little complex at early times.
- Video recording captures a low quality frame. I think this should be changed because sometimes video recording is the most essential thing.
- Through AnyDesk we have resolved our connectivity issue which ultimately lead us to better outcome and well managed team.
- Technical issues are lesser in quantity when I compare it to times when we didn't use AnyDesk.
AnyDesk has some upsides against TeamViewer :
1. Its free version is way to more useful than TeamViewer's.
2. It performs better on low internet connectivity than TeamViewer.
3. It is more smooth and fast.
4. It is more easy and convenient to install than TeamViewer
