Overall Satisfaction with Apify

Apify is incredible. The possibilities are endless with the wide range of apps available. It’s easy to use but can be costly if you have several apps linked up. If you want to get results fast, Apify is the best place. I use it for lead gen for my marketing agency, and it’s a real game-changer.

Pros

  • Integrations: it easily links to other automation platforms.
  • Apps: has a wide range of apps for different uses.
  • Easy to use: it’s easy to set up and start using right away.

Cons

  • Pricing: it’s a little high if you have a lot of runs per month.
  • Renting actors: when you rent actors the price is taken out of your monthly allowance.
  • Nothing else to report. It’s pretty good.
  • If you make a mistake, and the actor runs then it will take your credits.
It’s pretty easy to use. The app you choose will determine how difficult it is for the user. I have to say that any beginner can jump on and start using it. But I guess you need some tutorial on how it works. Each app is different, and each user has different skill sets, so it’s tough to say.
Apify saves a lot of money compared to buying a subscription to another lead scraping software. It also integrates with automation software, so few data cleaning and lead enrichment steps are required. This saves a lot of time, as run times can be costly after a lot of use.

I use Apify for webhooks, API calls, and lead gen, particularly. Some people use it to scrape socials and other platforms. So, it’s really up to the user how they want to make the most of the platform and how it can be used to produce the best results for business or personal use.
