Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io
We use Apollo to generate quality leads for our sales funnel and to update our current database. Often times, the database that we have in our CRM are outdated and would need new information. With its robust integration tools, Apollo does that for you quickly and conveniently, especially for our CRM, HubSpot.
Pros
- Data information is up to date.
- Seamless integration with HubSpot.
- Contact info updates are emailed regularly.
Cons
- I do not have much to discuss regarding improvement as I was very satisfied with their service.
- We have had better quality prospects which were converted into leads.
- We noticed a spike from less than 2% engagement to 8%.
- There are more personal contact touches than before.

1 - We use Apolo.io for outbound sales calls. Their feature to make voice mall drop calls improves call efficiency. We also use their call recording features to generate great performance reviews and provide coaching to our agents to improve quality customer service.
We do not have someone in-house to support Apolo.io. We rely on the support of Apollo's tech team for all our needs and concerns. This includes training on how to use all the features and benefits of Apollo.
